WOW!!! Mike is the guy!! He showed up a week ago did his own observation and told us what our best options were. And so we went with his opinion. Today he showed up and went straight to work, and needless to say he knew what he was talking about because what he observed last week was confirmed when he dug up the pipe that he believed was the issue. And when he was done with replacing the pipe. He then did an amazing job of filling up that hole on the ground and leveled it. It was an absolute 10/10 for us. I can say that Mike is definitely the guy you want for a job like this!!! Amazing!!!

These guys are legit. Called at 9pm in a Thursday when I suspected my septic was full or backing up. On the phone was told what to do to get through the night. They made the appt for later in the afternoon the following day, I explained that I had an appt I couldn't miss and may not be home. They changed the schedule around to accommodate my appt and showed up at 9AM. Mike took care not to destroy newly planted grass, showed me what was wrong and was done and gone within 90 minutes. With septic tanks, they could've easily told me it needed to be pumped for $750, but it was just a filter issue, which was covered in the $125 service charge. He sprayed it off and taught me a little about septic systems, and was in his way. This country needs more people like Mike and the guy that answered the phone at 930, whom I don't remember his name. These guys are what's best in Walton/Newton/Rockdale areas.

I highly recommend these guys. The alarm on my septic tank went off on a Saturday. I called them immediately after a quick google search for 24/7 septic companies, and they sent someone out same day to diagnose the issue. They came back Monday and promptly fixed it! Throughout the entire process, both Mike and Derek were thorough with their explanations, up front about associated costs, and overall seemed very knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have further issues, but let's hope that's a long time from now ;) Thank you, Environmental Septic!

Mike at Environmental septic was great. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. We weren't sure of the status of the septic tank. He opened the tank and showed me what he taught me and then he replaced everything back how it was. He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable. and polite. I highly recommend this company.

I called Environmental septic on 3-31-2023 in the morning to make an appointment for a septic inspection. I talked to Mike one of there very knowledgeable technicians. He actually was the one who came out and gave me some great education on septic systems as a whole. Their a Very affordable, professional and courteous company. I will definitely use them again.

Mike was awesome, he was our second opinion. We recently purchased this home, we had a another company come in and do the initial cleaning I felt uneasy after that visit because turns out we have a big issue and need immediate repairs, but no explanation was properly given, just numbers thrown at us, we have never had a septic system sooooooo I called Mike to come in inspect the septic system and give me a second opinion. I will say he did just that in the most professional, educational way possible. He actually took a lot of time and really explained the process but also was able to show us what the problem is. The saying you get what you pay for in the scenario is actually true, I tried to save money by hiring the cheapest and I ended up paying double for not hiring the right people at the beginning, with all this said Mike was absolutely great, he was hard at work but most important for people like me with no knowledge he educated us on the maintence of the septic tank, every step we need to take to ensure we don't have a back up while we fix the issues. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Able to solve a problem with our septic tank we have been dealing with for years. This was the only company who was knew and was able to fix our pump. Amazing people! We'll continue using them for all septic services.

Derrick and his team are very responsive and professional. He was able to fit me in the schedule within 24hours at a very reasonable price for septic tank pumping. His technician Mike is very knowledgeable about the septic system and gave great recommendations for the future. He was on time , called beforehand and finished the job in a timely manner. He also took his time in explaining the septic system to me as I do not know much about it. We will continue to use them for any future services.

I had a bad septic clog over the weekend. Derek was responsive and helpful; he talked me through some "band-aids" until her could get here the next morning. He was thorough but quick and now everything is working the way it should. He also caught an issue that would have led to a costlier repair a few years from now. Very pleased with his work and the transparency of his costs.

Good, honest individuals run this company and it shows! They arrived on time and were communicative throughout the whole experience. They made sure we as the home owner was aware of the process and what to expect. Inspection of the tank revealed a baffle that needed to be replaced which they promptly gave a quote for and completed. The costs were communicated clearly and everything was explained and completed well! Highly recommend and will definitely use again when I need any septic service.

Excellent customer service. The owner Derek provided great customer service from the initial phone call and called a number of places yesterday before speaking with Derek. I called to get my septic tank cleaned out yesterday and Mike was schedule to come out this morning. Mike was very professional and provided excellent knowledge for me and my husband as 1st time homebuyers on maintenance dos and donts for our tank. Mike even cleaned off our driveway after he was finished. There are a few competitive companies in the area but I'm all about the quality and Environment Septic definitely TOP quality service.
